SapienReq is a professional radiology requisition scanning and analysis tool designed for radiologists and radiology staff. The app helps you:
Access Code: SapienReq requires an access code to use. If you don't have an access code, please contact your administrator.
Scanning Requisitions: Tap the "Scan Req" button on the home screen to scan a requisition using your camera. The app will automatically extract exam details.
After scanning a requisition, tap the "Protocol" button to get evidence-based appropriateness scoring using ACR and CAR guidelines.
Tap "Billing" to search OHIP billing codes and get recommendations for the scanned exam.
Add voice notes to billing items for quick documentation. The app transcribes your voice automatically.
All scanned data is stored locally on your device. No patient information is uploaded to servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Make sure you've granted camera permission to SapienReq in Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.
Enable speech recognition in Settings → Privacy & Security → Speech Recognition.
If your access code isn't working, contact your administrator for a new code.
